loadapp video and photo contest is a wonderful opportunity for students, scientists, and research centers to show their research in biomechanics and sport science. Do not miss the chance to have your creative research project awarded by novel – art in science!
On October 1st, the novel loadapp video contest will be launched. All loadsol and loadpad users are invited to create a cool and informative 5-60 second video about the loadsol and loadpad applications in their field.
After the submission period on October 31st, novel will rate all videos and pictures based on two criteria:
- Scientific innovation
- Production quality
Note:
- Make sure to utilize loadapp video mode * (learn how to use video mode) to visualize force measurement inside the video.
- Sending video and pictures together will increase your chance of winning the prize.
- We will present your pictures and videos on our social media channels or website to share it with the biomechanics and sport science community.*
In November, the video or photo with the highest score will be announced via our social media channel – so please subscribe to our channel in time AND receive your 500 € prize.

* Tipps for using loadapp:
- Please download the latest version of loadapp
- After connecting the insoles choose -> measurement -> line chart and there you will find the video mode option
- Choose the video mode option and start your measurement, in which also the sound recording is included
- Save the data (maybe add a note) -> got to archive -> choose overlay video file -> send the overlay video file
- Tipps for nice video: maybe ask somebody to take the video for you/hold the mobile device for a nicer point of view
